Need help with blower heater switch on in fiat dukatto just stopped working

Hi
My electric bother has checked all ,
Switch ok
Resister ok
Relay ok,
He has discovered no supply power going to relay or main fuse ,
Would somebody have experienced this or have a wiring diagram for same,
1999 niesmann flair on fiat dukatto cab
Appreciate any help ,
Have not got away in it yet ,
Hopefully Easter time.

I can only think that you will have to trace the power supply to the fuse & where it originates from .Hopefully somebody who has a better idea might see this & comment ?
