So we are in France ATM and last month we bought a reglo mobile sim from Leclerc.

It has worked super , that well in fact that we never even tried to find out it's phone number as we just used it in our mifi , but we now need to top it up ( and it's now run out of any credit ) and we need it's phone number to top it up.
I have all the original paperwork and on one it says " carte SIM numero 3021 0138 1*0 3*1" obviously I have changed two digits to asterisks to keep the number private.
I've read that french mobile numbers are 10 digits long , if this is correct which 10 digits ? As I've tried the last 10 digits on the site below to top up the SIM ,but it says invalid number.

<Broken link removed> able to help me try to top it up

French mobile numbers are 10 digits. My Reglo SIM starts 06. I can't out which, if any, of those digits are correct to make your number. Do you have credit left at all to call another phone to get the number? You probably already thought of that but just asking in case you haven't. Give me a sec, I'll try to find my Reglo paperwork to try to help you. Back soon xx

Back already. Carte SIM is not your phone number. Do you have a separate number somewhere, beginning with 06 or 07? I made a mistake, too. My Reglo number actually starts with 07. Sorry about that :)

Stick the SIM in your phone.
Open settings
go to 'about phone'
It should show sim number for slot 1 and slot 2 (if twin SIM model.)

Having just looked at the website where you top up the SIM, I see they will send you an SMS as part of the process - assuming you can't read an SMS on your dongle, do the top up whilst the SIM is in your phone. If this is too much faff, it may be worth taking the packaging to a branch of LeClerc to see if they can use the bar code to top up the account.

Bart when you get it sorted can you tell us if the top up lasts until the the end of your initial month or if you get another 30 days.

Yes I have all the receipts and the SIM card holder the SIM came in

Tried that this morning after googling , the fields are empty or unknown :(
Wot pappajohn said. Let me know what sort of phone you've got and I'll search for how you do it.

As you were - iThing and Android both listed here. (May still depend on your phone, my Motorola doesn't do it).

As above Trevor
What pappajohn said. Alternatively, can't you just buy another from leclerc?
That is our last resort as we would have to travel , and ATM we are in situ

Look like we might have to try that , only problem is we heading back to the UK on Sunday , so unless we get it sorted tomorrow , it will not be worth while , but at same time it will be worth while as my monthly roaming 25 GB is nearly done :( and I can't be without data :)

Hi. I found my Reglo number on my huawei - My AI Life app. If you have the app you go into messages and I found mine there.

I'm struggling to find my paperwork etc but I did find their customer service number. It's 0970 806 970 and they're open Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Are you happy to call yourself? If not, I can try to call for you, although they probably won't speak to me about your account. Let me know if you need any more help.

Bart , never one to give up, I just found this for you!! If you call 6772 from your phone, with the SIM card in it, it should give you your number!!! Let me know if this works. If not, I'll keep searching for you :) Fingers crossed!!!! :)

Does it renew for another 30 days or just to the end of your current month?

Lenny we first bought the SIM on 20th June , SIM then stopped working 19th July , we then topped up 14.95€ today ( 20th July ) and all working again , I can't see ATM when it will work till as we only in France till like Sunday , but if I find out if it's till like 20th Aug I'll update here.

Hi,

You do know if you dont need it for a while, you can go onto your account on line and change the package to the basic formula mini which will then only cost you 1€50 a month, when you need it again, go online and change it again to one of the other packages, as the change only hapens at the end of your month, you do need to remember to change it before the month that you need it.

Hope that makes sense.

Once this month is up can I not just let it lapse , then say in 6 months time just top it up €14.95 for another month ?? Assuming ofc that the same package offer exists

Had a quick look at the t's and c's and they say a limited period, but didn't spot how long that is, but i think even within that period you still have to contact them to get it enabled again, it is not just a case of charging it up. But bear in mind i only had a quick look my french is okish but there was about 20 pages.

Thanks Widge for taking the time :) , next time we are in France , I'll just top it up , if it works it works ,, if not I'll just buy a new one , ofc assuming said offers still apply , after all it's only a loss of like £12

If you are traveling around in a camper you are not worried about what phone number it has, what i suggested works realy well for people with holiday homes who do not want to loose the number.

When you bought this originally at E.Leclerc did it work immediately or did you need to go online to activate it? I was looking at the same thing but couldn't work out if I could just stick it in my phone and expect it to work or whether it needed activating somehow.
