Need good foody pub with views/ walks for first trip out -newbie

Hi everyone, we have just purchased our first motorhome and would like a perfect first stop over for our first week end trial. next to Pub /restaurant with gourmet food and good beers with views or walks would be our ideal( does this exist?) We have joined and are waiting for the brit stops 2015 book. I have checked in the caravan club ( also joined) book , not much there with the above specks and also the ACSI. We are trying to get away fro our first stop this week end - any ideas ?

we are in Winchester -so 2-3 hours drive for first memorable trip out would be great.

If you want to stay a commercial campsite, I would recommend. Lychett manor caravan and camping site. Near Poole Good pubs nearby,great bus service to Poole, Wareham and swanage right outside gates..go to brownsea island or swanage ride on the steam rai!way,visit corfe castle. Just so. Much available..

Used the Brit stop book and google search to find two great pubs for stop overs to christen the motor home on our maiden voyage this last weekend in Wiltshire. It's FAB , why had we not tried motorhoming before!! France next.

Try Pewsey Wiltshire there are two pubs that take vans
