We have a couple of free days this week so is it worth a day out there? If so any codes or discounts anywhere please?
Also I understand that there is no overnight parking but MH is OK on the car park during the day ( accessible for making lunch?), is this correct ?
Finally what are the good pub stop overs within 20 miles if anyone has any recent suggestions please?

Yes you can park a MH during the day but as you say not overnight (y)

Haven't looked for any codes this year as not going, but both CCC and camc normally have codes if you're a member.

But, forget about popping back to the van for lunch, it's a long walk back to the car parks from the show, we would walk in the morning, and get the shuttle bus back when we've been on our feet all day!

The NEC Shows are a bit marmite on here so depends what you are looking for but we find them interesting & enjoyable :)
No problem parking motorhome during the day as loads of space & you will be directed to suitable area but definitely no overnighting.
Remember to get your hand stamped when leaving the Halls then easy to go out into the NEC atrium areas but parking is normally quite a walk or short bus ride (free) away so can lose a lot of time - better to take lunch & a flask (or water bottle as there are refill points) in a rucksack
Sure others will suggest pub stopovers but likely to fill up quickly if not booked.

The last one we went to before Christmas was a bit of a let down if you were looking for little additions like accessories. It's a fair trek from the carpark and motorhomes were in the first car park on entry.
