UPDATE - tried calling the 0333 number on the flyer but it goes to NU tone! We tried 02032821000 (CRIS) who could take the order & apply the discount code but even for them we had to choose Option 1 Caravans (no motorhome option!) then Option 3 Other. Searching online we found that CRIS are licensed sellers of VIN CHIP & the staff member we went through to thought that there was a "VIN CHIP Option" when calling but double checked & definitely not. We wanted to make sure that the RFID chips used would still work if in a steel van conversion rather than a plastic coachbuilt motorhome but no-one will be available for VIN CHIP to advise on this until next Monday! We have been advised to send an email in the meantime but only a general email address so not sure how quickly or well this will be passed on.
It seems a bit crazy for a company to spend so much money on having a stand & advertising at the NEC Show then hand out flyers with an invalid phone number & then no-one available to answer queries about this product in the week following all this promotion! How many potential sales must they have lost?!
Still undecided if this is a good product for us so will try calling again next week.

On the caravan theme the Beauer https://www.beaueruk.com/ was a most impressive piece of engineering & design. RP motorhomes https://www.rpmotorhomes.com/ are working with the French designer on a new model the 2X+ which will extend to standard caravan size with a further section to form a "hard shell" awning - no photos available yet as it's in development.

For all lovers of Quest screen house shelters there are new developments on the way for the Pro versions which already include zipped panels - now a connecting tunnel is planned to zip on to the front door zip. The lower height caravan version should be launched at the February 2020 Show & they are considering a taller version for motorhomes... This is only for the Pro not standard version of the screen houses. There is currently this canopy accessory option:

Spotted that the Pro 6 models can be zipped together (can add up to five!) too which could be handy for groups. Good to see that the poles on all models are now repairable too.

Didn't sort this one last year - did anyone pick up a discount code from the recent February Show that they can share or have a chat with the VIN Chip staff on the stand to find out more please?
