As a guide line, what sort of % discount should I expect to achieve at the show?

I'm not sure if it is worth waiting to go to Birmingham.

At the moment with no px on an auto trail RRP £59000 I have been offered £4000 off list price.

I have also seen a 2 year old model for £47k but includes sat tv, cab air con and air suspension. £8k less but with the toys.

Aagh!

The only thing going for the NEC is it's the last big hurrah of the year for dealers to operate to a large market of potential buyers but many are already giving good discounts long before to make way for next year's stock.

We got 15% off list on our unregistered ex-display van and a further 25% off any extras we wanted fitted in September last year.

I'd be wary of travelling too far from home though as many dealer seem to get sniffy about doing warranty work on vans they haven't sold
