Despite the Midgies in The Scottish Highlands....I really enjoyed this trip to the Northern Land's End, From Stoke on Tent all the way to John O Groats and Back. a trip that puts any campervan and any driver skills to the test. The music is Turkish, so if you dont like Turkish music, kill the volume and play your own music.

Roughly 1300 miles round trip, 9 days...The only cost was the fuel and food. Warning: the video is 43 minues long. make sure you have enough beer.

Looks like you missed out on what I think are the best bits - the West coast, - Applecross , Arisaig etc. Still in 9 days, no time - we took 3 weeks.

Could you name the stopover locations for two weeks? i will try not to be chased away by midgies next time....the fly/mosquito net could not stop hese little suckers. so I bought the right size net and will be ready next time...they seem to come after me and leave he wife alone...

Midges don't need to fold their wings or slow down getting through the normal fly nets
