NC 500 SCOTLAND Hints and Tips (1 Viewer)

I read about so many people starting to do this NC500 trip in Scotland and many others then asking questions as they want to do the same..
So maybe we can keep this thread JUST for funsters to post hints, tips, sat nav co-ords of good stopping places, loactions for water and toilet facilities, campsites and other useful places.
Post as much as you want or can, then other funsters can benefit.

ps.. Then when I decide to go I will know all the spots

The best way is to just go and do what you want. We have never planned our trips up to Scotland and we are still finding new places after 20 years.

Just make sure you have enough gas, harder to find the further you go, and it does go cold at nights, oh and cash for other things
