Navigation failure

Our Teleco head unit is 13 months old, the satnav showed a serious error notice today and niw the satnav will not even turn on, it has only been used six times at most. We are at a total loss on how rectify the fault. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Can you take it back where you bought it or phone telco explaining its gone wrong and what do they advise

We rang Teleco they were not interested and the dealer who fitted the unit is 300 miles away, we were hoping there would be perhaps an update or something easy that we could do. I guess technology is never easy.

You don't say where you are but other Teleco service centres are available. You could at lest give them a call. There's probably one nearer than 300 miles.
