I've had a quick search but can't find who is supplying the replacement filters now.

Does anyone have any idea?

In response to your inquiries – Nature Pure replacement canister (P/N 400009) is available at a cost of US$89.32 each, plus shipping and handling charges. Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Nature Pure Replacement Canisters are available factory direct by phone or fax at the numbers or address listed below. The van we have just bought and pick up late Jan has a nature pure fitted.

Midland Chandlers (which is part Nova Leisure) are now selling them - have just ordered a 400009 replacement for mine - pricey though - £97.63 including P&P.

Ordering directly from General Ecology in the US I was told would have cost me US$138.32 (including P&P) - so not an awful lot different.

My last one purchased in 2015 from Pure Water Online (which I know are now defunct) was £68 including P&P.

No they are not. Nova leisure are the distributors. I’ve been using the filter for 25 years. Not anymore I just don’t trust them at all Neither does @Techno

It appears that any trade outlet that has an account with Nova leisure will be able to supply

Nova Leisure will certainly have there work cut out repairing the damage Pure Water online did to the Nature Pure brand

Not possible until they get independent verification and certification of their filtering claims.

The replacement anti bacterial filter with new part number is considerably lighter than the one that was accredited with a certificate. It has no such credentials yet got much dearer

I still have confidence in the old filter with cartridge No. 400009----- we just fitted our spare cartridge and will soon be after another for a spare-----is Nova leisure the only place to buy in the UK ???-------- we are a bit alarmed by the present price though!!!!!
