I think yours are a different filter

Alternatively contact Nature Pure directly. Personally found them to be extremely helpful and I'm sure under the circumstances you will find likewise.

I wonder if they have found a replacement UK supplier as yet, not that I'll be requiring any filters for sometime (years)
