Nationwide Flexplus Breakdown (1 Viewer)

Has anyone got it and had to use it?
My insurance is due up shortly and I have breakdown cover included well at £62 cost.
However in the process of switching my bank account from Halifax to Nationwide Flexplus and which has breakdown cover and want to ensure its as good as comfort.
In process of reviewing wordings but would appreciate feedback

Have had it some time now and yes it works very well. Have used both the breakdown cover and the travel insurance. No problem with it whatsoever.

We have it and have used it once, last summer.
Very efficient service from the call centre and the car was recovered quickly.
No complaints at all.

I have the account, as do a few of the family.
Cant comment on vehicle breakdown BUT just for info.
Both my son and myself made claims on the phone insurance and we were both sorted out with repairs

hope I never have to use any insurance EVER. but that is what it is for.
