I mentioned this in the old thread (when the Nationwide were unintentionally omitting motorhomes from their Flex+ benefits) but thought it was worth raising to a higher profile.
As the title states you can now register online and through their app.
They are suggesting that they will ask for your Nationwide Sort Code and Account number if accessing their services, and given the number of us who do not use the flex account card at all, it may make things easier to register your details with them now rather than in the middle of an incident.
The App let's you trace any help on its way to you as well.

The nationwide roadside insurance allows up to 7.5 tons, it says so on the information.
Phil
The point I am trying to raise is that you can now register online which will save you time and effort if needing to use their services as they say you will need your account details when you contact them this is especially if, like me, your nationwide card sits in a drawer at home unused.

Anyone having trouble adding their number plate s into the app ?

I did not register any vehicles on the basis that it would be more marketing information for them to pester you.

I believe the Flexplus cover is for any vehicle you are in or using.

How can you register that sort of thing.

Sorry failed to understand you query from the OP, given my penchant for plain English could you kindly explain/detail the issue you'd like help with.

Can confirm by contact and conversation with NW Motorhomes up to 8.0 Metres are covered by NW Plus account for which you cough up circa £13 per month. However given the other benefits of a +account its not a difficult decision.

Hope all turns out well for you and yours.

I did not need help, it was advice I was offering. You are now able to register with the AA if you have a Nationwide flexplus account. If using the AA's services their terms state you need to quote your Nationwide sorting code and account number but by registering beforehand you are required to provide these details which will then be stored ìn their computer and should nullify the requirement to quote them thus simplifying and speeding the AA confirming your membership, given that many people use the account only for the perks and do not carry their Nationwide card on a day-to-day basis. The AA app has other features some might find helpful like being able to track any support on its way to you with live ETAs.
My point was that this could be done before the AA took over the service on the 1st of March and that even post them taking over better done now than when an incident occurs.
