Narborough Fisheries, Norfolk

Revised our plan to go on Sunday for a few days and decided to venture monday to Narborough in Norfolk. Touch wood weather has been pretty kind to us, fresh but dry. Nice site and quiet...until aeroplanes from the RAF base go off. However, thats good in a sense.
Managed to get the bus one way to Swaffham and then the other way we went to Kings Lynn. All new fancy busses too.
This site in summer would be great, close to the lakes. Clean and well maintained facilities. Worth a few nights. ?? not doing much today...go out get provisions and do nowt much thereafter. Happy midweek

Gonna own up,,, we live in Norfolk, near Wroxham,,, never heard of Narborough?!!!
Looks good though so mite look it up and give it a visit.
Can recommend Wroxham/Hoveton. Hire a day boat,,, beautiful part of the Norfolk Broads. ????

Just love Norfolk. Had a couple of boating hols on the Broads and rented cottages three times. Not been in the 'van yet but it's on our wish list. Bit too far to go on a weekend so much to do, so little time. Can't wait to lose the shackles of work

Ah you will get to Norfolk i am sure. I am only a mere 37 years off retirement. A little wait yet, you have done your grind so hopefully, you enjoy retirement as and when it arrives ??
