Mystery switches... (1 Viewer)

Just wondered if anyone can tell me what the switches in the pictures are for?

The ones labelled "Res" I always assumed were defunct - but then why does the red light come on when you press one of them and go off when you press the other?!

Thanks so much for any help you can give and sorry if I am being dense!

Hello Andy, cant see a picture but I have 2 switches that do the same thing and when I asked about them the salesman said they are connected to a relay but nothing else as they are spares for future use.

on mine the two on the right are to lock and unlock the van, and the one on the left is my spot light

They're for restaurants, you have 3 to choose from 2 on the right and just the one on the left.

Two of them are for central locking but if you don't have it they just turn the light on and off
