My toilet makes a banging noise

This is very weird 3 days ago our toilet in the motorhome makes a fairly rapid quick fire bang 1 second bang 1 second bang noise and no we have not had a curry for at least a week.
Seriously open the slide and Light bang quick fire noise in 1 second succession.
The cassette is all the way in.
It does have a sog fitted.
Any ideas ?

Try pulling the fuse on the SOG.

What make and model bog is it, the fact it repeats makes it sound electrical likr s vslve or solenoid.

Ours doesn't have any electrics as far as i know but someone may know more

I'd guess either your SOG is not working, or there is more methane being produced than it can deal with.

Is that the SOG is causing a vacuum, and that is causing something to have to release air, such a sucking the flap down?

is the vent inlet into the cassette working?

Sounds like it’s an air lock ,

Disconnect the SOG pipe from the cassette for a while or while driving - we had ‘liquid vapour’ in the pipe once and it made a “popping” sound.

Firstly sorry I have not responded but life gets in the way.
No joy yet, had a good look and disconnected the sog and reconnected but still banging.
It’s not such a big issue but annoying.
I will send a email to the dealer and see what they have to say but we are not back in the uk till June. Oh dear.
