@Jim - I have been sent a PM and went to reply to it but there wasn't a reply button or reply box ... the only way I could respond was to start a new conversation! Help!

Anyone else had any problems?

No, but ....

It is possible to start a Conversation (PM) & set it not to allow any reply. Could your correspondent have done that, do you think (possibly by accident)?
