My husband died 15 years ago and my 3 daughters left to visit the UK to study and get a job there, so I live with my dogs Jess and Wilbur when we decided to get a motorhome, dogs are such great companions... Anyone else agree?::bigsmile:

Only been a few years in my life without a dog or two. Couldn't imagine not having one, yes they are great companions, and provide the motivation I need to get out and across the fields:thumb:

Our dog (Rosie) is as mad as a box of frogs ::bigsmile:
She hates travelling in the motorhome, but thoroughly enjoys herself once we stop

You can see Ellie here. She is 3 and I bought her after I was made redundant, thinking I'd have some lovely walks across the fields which I had been dreaming of when working. The wee bisom won't even go past the next door garden. She does a quick wee and wants to go back home again. Oh well - the best laid plans etc. :roflmto::roflmto::roflmto:

we have four of 'em.

two Russell's, a golden retriever and a 'thing'...i say thing cos he's part golden retriever (mothers our G/R), part neighbours 'experimental' dog :roflmto:.....god only knows what it is, but could be part German Shepherd.

cant take the two big 'uns with us 'cos the retrievers incontinent and the 'thing' has never been on a lead and wont when we try (no need where we live though) making kennels a problem :Eeek:

makes it hard for us both to get away together so i travel a lot on my own.
