- started when I was 11 with my parents-forgot to stop!been real one since 1980!
When travelling out to North Wales,we always stopped at a chippy in Ruthin. One of their specialities was a pea fritter. In Canada a 'national' dish was poutine,basically cheese chips and gravy,now available here.
