Hi.
Don't know if useful but we stayed at the Municipal site at Montbard south east of Auxerre last year and it was very good.
If you like Aires then I would highly recommend the aire at Gurgy, just north of Auxerre.
Riverside location, plenty of space and 7euros a night including electric hook up. We cycled to Auxerre along the river in 3/4 hr. There is also wine tasting at the aire each evening. Very nice place.

There is a car park /aire next to the river and marina. Short walk across the river bridge and up the hill into the town.
