Do you mean awkward to pack or to ride? I'm thinking it looks ideal fro the morning baguette run.
Definitely awkward to attach & my mate mentioned the weight on the dropped handle bars effected steering.
We each had shower kit, clothing, snacks & bike spares to take on our rides.
But for shorter rides, less stuff to pack, ymmv

Looking at the pics of the handlebar bag in your link, your example is also of a long thin bag you roll up and secure to the handlebars.

does it matter if you have hydraulic pipes? they seem a lot more pliable than cables
Depends on how much give you have, I couldn't fit a bag on one bike, but can on the other....if the cable loop extends In front on a big arc, then it might fit...worth trying one for fit...

How much

How much is the rack bag.

I did end to end 2 1/2 years ago with frame bag, saddle bag and sweat bag!!

Cheers James
Which one, the large one or the small. Small one has fold out side bags whereas the larger one doesn't. Also do you just want the bag or the seat post rack too?

Look out for difficulty in fixing due to cables...
Yes that's why up yo now I hadn't bothered with luggage on the bars...t much clutter up there..
But very soon I will be totally wireless :dance2: ...shifter and dropper...
That still leaves the hydraulic brake hoses ....but ill be prepared to give it a go ..it will be next spring / summer...if im fit enough to tour (y)

Have a look at https://www.tailfin.cc/
I have one of their carbon racks with a tail bag and also a set of the panniers.
Excellent engineering and will fit almost all bikes, Inc full suspension MTB and high end road bikes with thru axles and no pannier mounts.
I can fit it to my Cervélo

Not cheap..but excellent đź‘Ť

Larger one.
Larger one Inc seat post?

I kindly gave my rack post away to a client without thinking too much if I need it.

Are you anywhere central?

As I'm driving South tomorrow night.

Cheers James
