Anyone bought one, used one, thoughts?

I've always had Dell or HP

I had a MSI tablet and it never let me down although the keyboard was sticky so quality was questionable. Brother had a MSI laptop and it broke within a year. I haven't bought MSI since. Obviously any brand might fail but I steer clear of risks where I see them

It depends on what you want to do on it and where you will use it.

The one that I had used for work was solid, fast and processed tasks such as video & photo editing pretty well. They are typically designed for gaming so you may find some compromises to normal work including having shorter battery life because the graphics will often be better than non-gaming PCs and it was thicker and a little heavier.

The HP laptop I use sometimes has a nicer, more professional finish and is more versatile with a touch screen and a longer battery life than the MSI. It is also lighter.
