Hi all,
Re obligation to use headlights regardless of time of day in certain circumstances we all know about, in tunnels and bad weather conditions, but it is also when passing through roadworks (ie where the lines are painted yellow) also anywhere you have to change lanes as in overtaking where there is a dotted line, and where there is a contra flow or a temporary lane change, this is to warn drivers coming towards you that you are not in a normal position.
Fines are being given for non compliance, so just be more aware .
