Any worth following?

I've got Bob Earnshaw in my subscription list as I find his stuff interesting if a bit 'dry'. The Norherners on Tour are in there too but I find them a bit irritating at times but they have travelled extensively.

Any others that could be recommended to a none motorhome owning couple like us?

Cheers.

I'm interested in this, too. I tried watching a few but they take 30 minutes to say what could be said in 5!! I'd like to watch non-'influencers', real people who post videos because they MHing....not because they're getting paid to advertise stuff. Are there any around like that? I hopo so! :)

I haven't found any yet that don't promote/advertise stuff or video with a product they have been sent to video with. As I pay for YT premium (to get You tube music) this is a bit annoying as Premium is ad. free. But I just skip those vids. or fast forward through the promotional bits.

I don't think they can be relied upon to be totally honest about a product they have been essentially given and haven't bought with their own money.

YouTube seems to be going through bit of a low patch at the moment. The algorithms and pay-out formulas aren't rewarding content creators that make regular longer videos. And it sounds like tiktok isn't paying much to all but the biggest stars either. Content providers are putting in significant adverts, on top of those added by YouTube... How long before Google revamps the service and accidentally kills it in the process?

Tread the Globe..Ex Pawers..Kinging it..old posts..Reds..bit boring..Old Wrinklies..Find Northerners funny and informative but fed up of the crap weather they are finding in uk.Only tend to watch people travelling in the sunshine..BUSBY

Camper Vibe are well put together videos and are pleasant girls, have a good story to tell and don't want to be influencers.
I used to enjoy overland Sophia and tread the globe but got a bit tired of both tbh, but you can't knock the spirit of adventure for either, amazing where they've both got to.

Edit, just reminded, Also love kinging it 😀

Camper vibe and Ex-pawers are both down to earth and interesting in my view. Yes, I skip through the ads. I also quite like Darren the urban motorhomer, think is blog is called the urban motorhome. also Wandering Bird although she doesn’t do as many vlogs now.

Rust to roadtrip. trip in an old Sherpa van to Georgia is very interesting..How they coped out there in that weather in that wreck of a van I do not know..Excellent watch..BUSBY.

Camper Vibe are excellent. Top quality content and production values. And not trying to 'influence' their audience! I watch all their videos.

I subscribe to the following, and pick and choose watching their posts when they look interesting to me:
Life is Too Short, Yorkshire Pop Top Adventures, Dolittle Campers, Campervan Time, A Bus and Beyond and Earlyretirementwanderlust. True Blue Travellers were recommended to me by a friend who was following their conversion of a Sainsbury's delivery van to an Arctic-ready motorhome.

I used to subscribe to These Happy Days but stopped ages ago as his never ending waffle, and their constant series of bizarre decisions became more annoying than entertaining. Sometimes I look at their channel but it's a bit like the fascination with 'car crash TV'!

Iv been subscribed to many motorhome /van life channels over the years, but dropped a lot of them when all they want to do is promote and sell products. As soon as I hear them say ‘This video is sponsored by ‘ I usually stop watching them.

in saying that I do enjoy Camper vibe,Expawers and Urban motorhomer.
A couple of channels with normal people are ‘The wrinkley nomads’ And ‘ Travels in Campi’
Both those are normal and informative.

Campervibe, because their production is excellent. Other than them, I'm finding everyone else I've seen are pretty boring. We have much better trips than most that post on YouTube, but, I appreciate that our trips wouldn't appeal to most people!

I used to like Expawers and the Finnish couple, but at the moment they don't hold my attention.

I think I'd rather "do" than "watch".

I like Helen and Martin's Treks, Andre and Lisa, The Laikalikers, Dog Gone Motorhome adventures, Traveller Interrupted. Can't really be bothered with channels that have click bait titles. I like Alan Heath for his van reviews.

Roaming Radfords, no more, all about click bait and spending money. Try Eurosully from the north. Bob and Jenny no more same old stuff and to think they make £16k a year is beyond me.

I dip in and out of a lot of the names repeated in a few of the threads but only seen Andre and Lisa referenced once. They have good content and along with Vantastic are the most genuine of videos I think - no selling just great travelling for the sake of travelling.

I also watch Aquaholic and his associated channel Motoholic. He has a great manner of presenting and the boats are all a couple of million so all in all it's my guilty pleasure. His motorhome reviews I would describe as far less knowledable but still entertaining.

I'm the same as you if they don't get to the point in 5 minutes I'm gone:giggle:(y)

Overlanding Sophia, Reds, True Blue Travellers and Traveling with the kids are my current favourites..

Another vote for Camper Vibe, practical and entertaining.
Kinging it are funny, also like Black Crag he just enjoys the outdoors and Highlands2hammocks.
Those Happy Days just waffle on and stuff their faces. Travel Beans are smug and annoying.

Tread the globe, because the production is excellent, overlanding Sofia, ok, travelling to different places pushing the comfort zone out a bit, Reds, Northerners on tour both good and down to earth. Vancity Vanlife, I’m hooked every day waiting for his engine to be finished (and just love his bulldog cruz)
Rob and lynn, just moaning a lot these days, radfords just flashing the cash, travel beans annoying, boring Bob, no thanks, camper vibe, just can’t get into and as for kinging it and travel trolls, I’d rather stick pins in my eyes.

For sure, Roaming Radfords started ok, but they seem to think they are celebrities now, far too click baity.
