Yes, that was TerryL, most of the words were his and most of the pictures were by PhilandMena As with all the magazine articles we'll find somewhere for them to be displayed on site so they will remain useful

Hi Patricia, sorry you are having problems, let's delete it and try again

1. Delete the app from your phone/tablet
2. Powerdown your machine (Actually power it down not just switch it off)
3. Power it up
4. Go to your App Store. >> Apple | >> Android

Jim, as an FYI on an iPad it took me three goes to download the latest issue.
The first two times I ended up with that version that wants to change £10 per copy

I think the thing you have to force is re-entering the appstore password. The first two times I rebooted I was not asked for the password, 3rd time I was and it worked.

Not wishing to contradict but that actually doesn't always work for some reason.
The procedure Jim sets out was worked out over a short period when the mag was first introduced and was 98% succesfull. I was one of the test bunnies!
