Slightly confused?? I have downloaded the app via Google Play to an Android device.

Do you need to take out a separate annual subscription to MHF to view the magazine??

From the thumbnail views I have seen it looks great!

The magazine that resides within the app needs to be updated yet, I will do that this weekend, as soon as it's ready to go I will share a link here that will give all Funsters a free annual subscription.

The Kindle Fire is an odd thing. It looks like a tablet but has some Amazon specific restrictions.

I believe the browser on a Fire is called Silk and a browser is what you need for the MHF website. So open Silk and type in the address www.motorhomefun.co.uk and hopefully it will appear.

Whether the magazine will run on a Fire is less certain. I suspect Amazon only allows apps to be downloaded from its own store. A problem Jim may have to look at later. But I think I read there will be a Web version of the magazine so that should work on Silk.

The Huawei T3 7" tablet is about £70 and should run the magazine app without problems. It has a good display for the price.

I read MHF on my laptop using Windows 7 - it does what I want so didn't see the need to update.

But I often use my Kindle Fire when laid in bed reading books etc., and being the tech numpty I am I have never tried to get MHF on it.

Can anyone please give me a hint or two as to what I do to load MHF on it and hopefully shortly load a link to the mag.

I have had a Kindle Fire for quite a while. To read MHF just fire up the browser and type in the MHF address, easy.

I have Google Playstore in my Fire tablet. Loads of videos on YouTube explaining how to install it, I can’t remember which one I used now.

Just involves downloading and installing 4 small files and then you can download all the Android apps you want.

If you read the posts on this thread you will see that Jim will be posting a link sometime today that will give you free access.

You can pay if you like, the mag within it is just a draft so its not worth paying for . Of course you could just wait a few hours and get it free.

Were are just doing some proofreading, when done we'll get it uploaded to the the app stores, probably late this evening.
