I have had there 5G system fitted which worked fine in the uk I cannot get it to work in Ireland despite numerous emails to them and I have done everything they have suggested does anyone have any suggestions please?

Had a similar problem when we went from uk to France
Double check you’ve set up the API correctly, then reboot the device

Numerous things to check:
-Have you enabled Roaming in the router?
-Have you told your mobile phone operator to allow data from abroad?
-Is the APN setting on the router correct (this should work automatically, but set it to your mobile operator's address)?

We’re using an. iPhone 12 as a hotspot under the phones settings.

we’re able to connect two iPads through it at the same time.

so maybe your mobile phone will be able to help if all fails

I had issues with my Motorhome WiFi supplied installation.
After numerous reboots , I eventually took out the battery to the little unit and put it back.
Voila! it worked
