Motorhome visa application

Hi all motorhome users.
My partner and I want to apply for a French visa but we live in our motor home and travel around the UK as we are retired.
The question is can we apply for a French visa if we have no permanent address in the UK.
Has anyone ever tried to do this?

You must have some form of address for officialdom.....NHS ( GP surgery registration), Gov departments, vehicle docs (V5, insurance etc).
Nobody can just 'disappear'
