Personally I wouldn't spend more than half a day in Andorra - just one giant supermarket then the French customs take everything back off you when you return.
In the area there are some great places and the list is endless - the eastern and midi-Pyrenees - good sites at Foix and Argeles-Gazost (just below Lourdes - again half a day is all you need) over to Carcassonne and a tour on the Cathar Castles route is magical. Move east to the coast around Collioure and Port Vendres there are campsites near and at Le Boulou. Toulouse and Perpignan worth a visit although quite commercialised the centres are attractive. To the west Ceret and Tech valley pretty - a lot of these are in my book that you can see flashing away at the top right of the page.

On the way down agin the list is endless - it's hard to go wrong in France if you get off the beaten track. Go over the Millau bridge - it's a British design even if they hide the fact. Nice site on the way down is Le Moulin Fort (or similar) at Chenonceaux - British couple - easy to have a look round the Loire Chateaux from there.
France is just too big and beautiful.
