Security and location.

We were using a gold rated place but it was over an hours drive away. We've now moved to a smaller place which is only 20 minutes away.

Disposal facilities would be useful but I can't find anything in the area which provides this.

All the above and maybe some lighting for late evenings and nights (and security).

We use a CASSOA Gold storage site and consider all of your points important apart from

24 hour access, not too fussed about that. Good size plot and vermin control are also

important to us. We're happy with our choice, the only crictism is the cleaning bay

desperately needs upgrading.

Hi,

All of the above + Accepted buy all the major motor-home insurance companies, as from what i can understand some of them are reluctant to provide cover when stored away from main residence,

A Woosh bang
Cater for the biggest RVs .. many I looked had were more interested in cramming them in rather than providing good access and space ..
When I did find a place the access road was difficult with two sharp bends, it was a nightmare getting in and out..

Plots could be priced by length... if laid out correctly a large RV, say 38ft could be accommodated on two shorter pitches giving leasing flexibility..

Water and 230v mains .. useful for keeping the batteries charged and if doing any maintenance .

Security is obviously the prime concern but how about a caretaker or warden who actually looks and checks your motor home.. This could be a optional service for those wanting to store for an extended period .. The checks could include, security, battery condition, dampness, vermin, tyres, etc..
