Just because I looked at where NT would take us, I found they have a good presence in the Lake District.
Same cost to members & none members.
At least one will match ALL your needs.
https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/holiday-lists/caravans-campervans-and-motorhomes shows 4. The 5th must be on a boundary edge.

EDIT: https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/holidays/low-wray-campsite-lake-district << must be the full "needs" match (y)

Just a word of caution - you need to book well in advance to get on the CCC sites in the Lake District. Also some have minimum stays during school holidays.

We stayed at Waterfoot Park, Pooley Bridge last year. Small site for tourers, mainly statics but great location for walks and easy stroll into the village for pubs & cafes

Welcome! Finding a pitch will be your challenge. We are going to the Lakes in September and the CMC had no vacancies in the central area near the actual lakes themselves. There was space at Meathrop Fell and Dockray Meadow and we will be visiting them as our consolation prize instead. They aren't too far as the crow flies from the nice bits. :)

Lakes and Fells CS (C&CC), right decide the Stott Park Bobbin Mill.
Walks out past the mill and up into the hills from High Dam, or around the dam for a shorter walk, can go through Finsthwaite and the woods to Lakeside on Windermere.
Site has dedicated water to each pitch, electric for ÂŁ14 a night.
One of my favourites and go there at least a couple of times a year.

I'm a newbie
Consider Borrowdale CMC site. Its at the southern end of Derwent Water with many walks close by; just a few minutes walk to the lake side, fell walks (path to Cat Bells etc. is opposite the site entrance). Buses to Keswick, Seatoller, Buttermere etc. nearby.

My top tip is Low Wray campsite.
Just 2 EHU pitches though. Details here.

About Low Wray Campsite

Nestled on the western shoreline of Lake Windermere.
This stunning site offers a wide-range of camping options including traditional pitches with waterfront, lake, meadow or woodland views, or camping pods, safari tents, space for campervans and even two suspended tree tents.

Facilities at the site include a shop, three toilet and shower blocks, laundry facilities, washing-up areas and bring your own canoes for pottering about on England's largest lake.

Leave the car behind for a few days and head out on your bikes or on foot along the lakeshore to Claife Viewing Station, or through scenic views to Beatrix Potter's garden at Hill Top, or Allan Bank at Grasmere.
