Is the roof of my elddis motorhome strong enough to stand/kneel on.

Not advisable as the roof can be easily damaged with dents. Some people fit aluminium chequer plate to spread the load. The roof can also be very slippery when wet. The roof can rock when you stand on it due to the chassis suspension.

Walked on all mine, the RV even had a textured paint walkway.
Just avoid roof lights and the roof edges.... The weakest parts.
