It doesn’t surprise me that many free spirited funsters are also keen musicians. I see threads encouraging musical tastes, but has anyone started a thread inviting funster musicians to post acoustic offerings? I carry an acoustic guitar wherever we go and I’m constantly surprised by how many people we meet who also can’t leave their acoustic instruments at home, wherever they come from!

Anyone interested in starting a thread involving funsters demonstrating their acoustic abilities?

I was thinking more in terms of posting on here at least as a platform before any
rally/ gathering bit. Any takers?

Tried clicking on groups to no avail? Any further advice?

Just a thought, why don’t you put a post on here demonstrating your acoustic abilities.
There are some very able musicians here on Motorhomefun but I think they are all shy, except for one.

My hubby plays the gramophone and has a battery-operated 1960s model (gramophone, that is. I'm a 1950s model!) that he carries in the motorhome. It only plays 45rpms, but that's not a problem because whenever we go away he's always buying old vinyl from charity shops so we can have a party. I find it a bit restrictive to do the twist and jive in the confines of the van, especially when he throws me over his shoulder. I once got my foot caught in the roof vent. Not a pretty sight.💃🕺

Just get yourself to all the Funster rallies, you will the experience the Funster Band, especially The new Year Eve Bash, they are great!
Anyone who plays an instrument, sings, or even volunteers to play the tambourine, has a "Jam Session" and the results are amazin(y)
Thanks guys you know who you are, keep on keepin on!

Nice one, now I know where to post music, I’ll have to find out just how to do it! 👍😎🇮🇲

I take my piccolo with me everywhere, just in case I meet any ladies that may want a blow on it.

Think I’m getting this now, looks like the wrong audience though 🤣😎🇮🇲

The main thing is that you enjoy it

In our MH is (at least) a mini electric guitar, a mini bass guitar, two battery amplifiers to suit the previous and a piano accordion....

Too modern for us lot but very good non the less

We were going to see David Gray this March but unfortunately Covid has postponed the gig for a year. Sail Away was on his White Ladder album and the gig we were going to see was a celebration of twenty years since its release. Too modern? Definitely got the wrong platform here 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😎🇮🇲

You hum it, I will play it just like the original, any Genre, I have a list of thousands on Deezer.
Funny thing though, I can never find any Uke music!:imoutahere:
