Sounds like an interesting gizmo. The phone apps are fine, but I like the idea of a simple analogue solution you can see from the drivers seat instantly.
Will look out for this.

If you are looking for a 3d printer project, how about an adapter for the Karcher window vac that allows you to have the blade vertical so you can suck up condensation along the lower edge of the windscreen. At tge moment I have to hold it at 90 degrees and keep an eye on how full the reservoir is.

Hi. Looking at my Karcher WV50. Cant really see any practical way of doing that. With the suction bit at the top and the container below, you would need a cumbersome pipe to run to the bottom to lift the main body high enough to clear the dashboard/armrest/furniture etc. It would be so clumpy I don’t think you would use it. Maybe you have a vision that I can’t see. Draw me your vision and a will try and make something. I like a challenge.

An off centre bubble in one of those in post #31 can guide you to the right wheel though, right?
And that is the sort of display available in the default iPhone measure app - along with the single direction level

Bubble off centre does'nt tell you which 3 wheels to lift and by how much for each one!
There's level and then there's dead level.
Personally I hardly ever use CamperSet, I just think it's a great app if you want to vary your level.

Level mate nearly finished. Waiting for grub screws which should be here tomorrow with any luck.
Design was delayed a little as quality control (wife) was not happy with smoothness of the gimbal. Bearing in mind it is 3D printed recycled plastic I am very happy with the final result. Should be in classified by the weekend.

A plum line from the van ceiling and line it up with cross on the floor, very cheap and accurate.

Like Foucault's pendulum?

Maybe the odd one out here but I don't like the van level, I find the basins drain better if the front is higher than the back.

That’s the point. You set the van to the level that’s good for your van. Then lock the bubble to the centre. Thereafter your van will always be the level that you have chosen. By level I mean your level, this includes higher at the front, back, left, right, of wherever you decide is good for your van.

The idea occurred to me some time ago. But I could not find a way of mounting it, without it either being in the way, or looking like a dog's dinner. If you can crack it, I would be interested.
