Motorhome Insurance to go up (1 Viewer)

Overheard on the news, that some insurance policies are to go up in price. Singled out were pets and motorhome insurance.
I checked to see if anyone else picked up on this but perhaps I missed their thread, if there was one.
I assume that our insurance will be increased owing to the number of recent thefts.

I'm not sure it's quite as simple as that but yes, like everyone else insurers want to up premiums / charges to maximise revenues.
As always, shop around for the best deal

I.P.T. ( Insurance Premium Tax ) was recently increased & of course the increase is being passed on to consumers by the insurance companies.

It also involves the way long term compensation is being paid out by the insurance companies. Mike

It would be interesting to compare insurance claims for motorhomes to the claims of other vehicles to see if there is justification for these increases.
I read an article in last moths MMM about this, Increases from June 1st.
