I am presently with Aviva and read a lot of bad reviews. Which is the best company to be with??

AVIVA claims to be the largest insurer in the U.K. and is the insurance company that is used by very many (maybe the majority of) brokers.
Every insurance company receives a mix of good and bad reviews whether justified or not, but dissatisfied customers are the most likely to leave a review and the companies with the greatest number of customers will inevitably attract proportionately more reviews than smaller ones.
