Jim cannot see how the Hire companies would know this was going on, but they are at fault if they don’t brief the hirers properly. I know when I hired there was no mention on what to do with waste.

I don’t think one needs a university degree to know that this is the cardinal Sin for a Motorhomer or anyone else for that matter.

Not sure ... it actually could be used to prove the point that more facilities are needed to prevent idiots like this doing what they have, whether a prank or not.

And if you listen to their podcast, the finished build quality of the van and layout is pretty shocking if true, and to be honest I was quite intrigued that they had picked up on some issues of build quality that I am sure a lot of seasoned motorhomers have raised in the past, but in a better and less colourful way!

The police would certainly question them but I very much doubt throw the book at them, it would probably be filmed including showing them how they faked the contents and would have got even more views.

Not sure the police would. After a visit from the mobile community a few years ago, the village green had to be passed fit for sheep to be put on it by DEFRA, after being cleared by the council. Same thing, they were emptying waste somewhere. I'm not sure what powers DEFRA have, but I'm pretty sure the police wouldn't want to know.

I don't see it that way, the idiots have provided the evidence to show they are guilty by filming themselves .. now the mouthpiece for the idiots is claiming the human waste wasn't real.

So surely he/they would have to supply evidence to support their claim?

Afraid not, someone emptying a container of liquid is doing just that, the police and courts would have to prove it was shite, not him (the fool) to prove it wasn't shite.

Firstly, they need a good hiding for the way they look. Scruffy b’ds!
Second, they need a good hiding for tipping their crap all over.
Three, the clip beds sending to the hire company. Hopefully their insurance company will see the clip and refuse cover.
Police or council should charge the renter and rental company.

Simply emptying it and adding a “ non waste “ liquid is still absolutely horrific and far from clean ! The van was brand new only a few hundred miles on the clock, had the cassette been used before?, you can't, or shouldn't think a solicitor or barrister would get anywhere with that evidence, it makes me wonder if they hired that van for the purpose of pulling these sort of tricks to get more clicks on their social media pages.

I wasn’t aware the van had done a few hundred miles . They claimed it had done 5000k and was a bit tatty from previous hires . If they wanted the clicks then why have they deleted the content ?
