Motorhome depot

Hi we have seen a van for sale on moho depot.
Any thoughts?
My issues
1. Not sold mine what are they like re part exchange.
2. How do you go about hab check, they offer the service but surely its weighted in their favour,ie they fudge it so you still buy it? Plus seems very expensive.
3.Anyone paid for their warranty?
Any other comments welcome.

I got mine from them. No partX for me.
I organised viewing and went to the owners house and met the owner and the agent. Went round the van asked questions and pointed few things out. At the end I told them what I was willing to pay, which after some chat was agreed to, but with their agreement that it passed a checkover by engineer organised by myself, they agreed. Then engineer found two issues and discussion (via email) price slightly altered.
