Currently in the Black Forest (Freudenstadt), Germany. We need to find a caravan/motorhome dealer with an accessories shop - does anyone know of one near here ? WiFi is useless at the moment so csn’t Look online. Thanks

Nearest I can find is "Im Drachenacker 23, 77656 Offenburg" , Germany about 30 miles from you there is also a big one in Ettenheim a bit further 50 miles about 20 south of Offenburg

Yesterday we had a habitation water pump failure whilst on a stellplatz at Rothenburg. Understandably I suppose, didn’t get much help by ringing local camper sites.
Was eventually given a number for a wholesaler in Germany called Frankana. Turned out to be a really helpful guy there called Sebastian. He found the address of nearest retailer/service dealer (about 30 mins away) - phoned them to check they had the right part - then told them to expect us.
We turned up at the dealership called Franka Meincamp in Marktbreit. The new part was fitted and we were back on the road in no time at all. Brilliant service.
So, having said all that, if you can get a phone signal, they may be able to help you out with the location of nearest dealer/retailer. The number is +49 9339 9713600.
