hi all,does anyone know what i need to do to get a rack fitted to the rear of our fiat ducato based bessacarr 425?.we av been told the front and rear axle need weighing seperately.we intend putting on a moped to make life easier wen travelling out and about.we are also interested who could fit the said rack.thanks for reading.

If you do a search for bike rack you will find loads of information because this subject as been well covered on here before
We have one and they work fine but you need to be sure of your axles weights.

Am just about to have one fitted by Watling Engineering in st. Albans. They have a calculator on their website where you input various weights , etc

For god's sake make sure you have enough payload on the rear.
I've been there, had the rack and suffered the fine for being overloaded.
Now use a trailer for the scooter. You will be surprised how little weight you can carry on the rear of a laden motorhome. Please, please check your weights.

hi you get a fine in relation to the percentage over weight. ie lorry could be a ton over weight and get lesser fine then a smaller motor 1cwt over weight ivory55
