Motor home alde heating and hot water

I have recently purchased a Elddis aspire 265. The heating seems to work ok on 240 ,but the water doesn’t seem to get hot can you help please many thanks. New to this.

Which control panel have you got, if its touch screen have you set the hot water to boost.

Thanks i have tried it on both. Think its a 3010 upgrade panel onl has on off same button and a menu button rest is touch screen

Might be worth checking what the pump is set to, needs to be "thermo" rather than "cont"

Ok many thanks will check that. Also how long does nit take to warm the water when on 240,, i just checked my gas and that works fine. Many thanks for your help, newbies Payne in the arse aye. Lol

How long it takes might/will depend on how many amps hook up you have and how many kw you set to, doesn't take long for just hot water though, the hot water surrounds the heating fluid so it's difficult to get heating without hot water.

Ok thanks i will check my settings i think i may have a problem with the water side of it, on 240, the. Gas side is fine so i will re check settings tomorrow, thanks for your help. If i don’t get it working i will contact Alde or go back to the dealer i bought it from thanks again
