My favourite ever product withdrawal - a Chinese made Bob the Builder toy, with a poor quality sound chip, imported by Woolworths (which dates this story!).

Now, those of you with the right age children or grandchildren, will know the song goes:-

But this one was rather muffled, which made it sound like:-
