Yes it was a sigma 150-600mm c. But I wasnt a huge distance away

What shutter speed did you use to take the first photo with? More than 1000?

Photo was taken from our garden which is not far from Hawarden Airport, Camera was my Canon 7D Mk2, Sigma lens at 600mm
F10 at 1/8000sec.
The Atlas A400 flies over regularly doing dummy passes over Hawarden runway I snapped one picture with the Plane coming towards me and another as it went away, notice the landing gear is up as it approaches and then down as it turns towards Hawarden.

Loved the freezing of the plane’s props. I gather hand held and no tripod? Very impressive at 600m! Also love the lunar shot.
