I am in the process of paying my road fund licence for our Moho - a Burstner A Class on a 2019 plate. It is rated as a Private HGV (4250Kg).
Going online to pay via the Gov.UK website, it has come up with the following:-
“The records show the vehicle as being test certificate exempt”
You are required to declare that the vehicle being taxed is exempt from the provision of section 53(2) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 or is not a vehicle to which the Goods Vehicle (Plating and Testing) regulations (1988) apply
Please select the appropriate declaration:
I never had this when I taxes the vehicle last year and I got an MOT certificate…
Anybody seen this before and can explain why my Moho could be considered for exemption?
