I think there might still be some there from the last time as to my knowledge the boats are still not taking passengers, freight only.
That's probably why there are more than the usual French in Beni this year, mostly parked up for a few days then moving on.

As I understand it Morocco still continues to ban all visitors and the only passenger services are from France - bloody expensive I've heard!

You must have ours as well then ! What we do have down here is a vast amount of french in cars ,which is unusual? I wondered if they had changed to renting?

Never considered Morocco as a MoHo destination. Like the idea. Will do some research in prep for after the 19.
I suspect most of the regulars will give it a miss this time around, especialy after last year's experiences. On less of course if ther R.A.F. offer to fly motorhomes out of Morocco, if locked down.

Until they reopen the sea ferry routes from Spain doubt there'll be any m/hs this season from anywhere.

I think we are all fucked doomed next year, If I can get to Morocco I might go but to be honest if all this blocks Finishes I think I need to see the kids and grandkids and go somewhere rather Grand with them all!

Deaths from Covid in Morocco are far lower than the UK. The Moroccan Government took severe steps in mid March to contain the spread of the virus, and the figures below are testament to that prompt action.

It's good to see the high Morroccan recovery rates also from those tested positive.
For me, the numbers are not consistent with the way that countries record and define Covid deaths. Did Covid cause the death, contribute to the death or was the death simply someone who had covid but covid did not affect the outcome?

But at least they have made an effort to show recovery results,haven't seen that sort of response from many other countries.
I've an Overlander friend who reckons they will be open in january and if you try and book a ferry it will let you book then but not now. Don't forget the winter MH market is a lot of money to Morocco and the ferry companies.

They aren't Arabs. They are Berbers. completely different.
