I am visiting family in Durham mid December and an ideal overnight stop would be morrisons so I can have something to eat, fuel up, stop overnight, have some breakfast before I continue. Now all that waffle is over. ? LOL. Has anyone had a stopover there..? I know there is a clubsite just down the road. But morrisons would suit me better.

Morrisons Boroughbridge has a height restriction barrier at the entrance. Can't remember what height but will have a check.

Has 596 snuck on again :)

I'd imagine you would get a ticket as even the small ones usually have a time limit. All the ones around here do.

Unless Yorkshire are more generous but they aren't exactly known for it :D

No overnight allowed at Morrisons Boroughbridge but no height barrier problems for shopping. The car park is tolerated I think but sometimes is taken over by our travelling friends.
Also seen people parked up here

Last time we were at Morrisons Boroughbridge it had a height barrier petrol attendant told us to use exit as all others do for shopping. Met a jobsworth on way in not near exit which has a two way road to almost the exit and he tried to block us even though it was obvious to others due to our length and width, we were already on two way section but it was narrow. No overnight use searchforsites as there is local places to use.

Had exactly the same experience - people love to have a go at you as if they have never done anything like that before and can't see beyond the end of their noses that there was no alternative.

We use Morrison’s at Boroughbridge frequently. The height barrier is open in and out unless very rarely they think they may be getting a visit from our ? You now who! You can fill with fuel and lpg. Never needed to stop overnight but I would ask duty manager if I were you. Or join Britstop
Cheers
