Hi everybody

Does anybody know if the wild camping site in Sifi Ifni has been washed away in the flooding last year? We have heard various reports that it is now impossible to wild camp there. We are currently in Agadir and are not sure whether to go onto Sidi Ifni - if anybody has any up to date information, I would be most grateful.

Just to let everybody know that the wild camping parking areas just outside out Taghazout have been cleared, there is nowhere to park on the road between Taghazout and Agadir.

Hi, just to let you know we have today been into Sidi Ifni by bus, the only campsite which appears to be open is the municiple one which is full and not very nice, some vans appear to be parking where the buses stop but this may only be a parking area not sure if overnight is allowed. Sidi Ifni is lovely, well worth a visit but we are staying on a brand new campsite just 10 kms from Mirleft and 1/2 hr. by bus to sidi, facilities superb, plenty of space, small supermarket, restaurant, by the coast although to get to the beach is a bit of a climb down, just follow the R104 pass Mirleft and you cannot miss it. Camping Erkounte not in the campsite book as only been open some 5 weeks.

ttfn.

Hi, thanks for your reply. We may well try the campsite in Mirleft, hopefully it will not be too full. Incidentally, what is the tariff there?

Thanks again for your help.

Laila
