following on from my V5 details thread,
i noticed even though the gross weight has been uprated to 3850kg the actual individual axle weights remain unchanged.
takes some explaining but,
in standard form (3500kg) the axle weights are 1850kg front and 2120kg rear.
this adds up to 3950kg with the max gross of 3500kg....thats a 450kg allowance for uneven loading.
ie: load rear to 2120kg and reduce front to 1380kg (in reality not feasible) = 3500kg
in the uprated form (3850kg) that 450kg drops to 100kg allowance.
load the rear to 2120kg then reduce the front 1730kg (easily attainable) = 3850kg.
so in theory this is an added bonus and will make loading so much easier if you travel near the gross weight.
