Ok so who’s on Montreuil now.
Aire full to capacity and beyond!
You know we have to be off the carpark by 7 am in the morning due to Petanque.
Alarms set for an early start!

Was hoping to get on there Thursday, is it closed due to the competition?

We like Montreuil as a town and the Aire but it is always popular.
We found an alternative, 20 mins away but it is the polar opposite..... on the edge of a small village, very quiet, not free ( you pay a base fee, then things like showers, ehu, borne etc are paid for if you want them.)
I think we have been twice but always been on our own!
Lovely area.

For info I think it is a French Bank holiday on Thursday. In case you didn’t know.

Think it’s just the car park and seems to be today only.
18 units here this morning, 8 on the Aire proper, 10 in the car park.
Thought maybe the other Funster here might have replied, Two on Tour came in for a natter last night was lovely to see them after we stayed on their driveway thru the first Covid lockdown!

That’s how it was last week when we tried to get on,it was completely full. So we went to Berck Caraforr car park for the night, which was ok with quite a few motorhomes there.

Probably always be space at Embry, expensive-for an Aire-all round if you use all the facilities

You are correct that it is a bank holiday tomorrow in France and they then take the Friday as a bridge day, making a long weekend, so it is likely to be busy everywhere over this weekend.

Was lovely to see you too Shrimp Manic a lovely surprise to see your motorhome in the car park yesterday when we got back from walking the ramparts 😺

Managed to get an hour earlier train, so arrived home just before 1pm, it is a bit windy in the UK too!

Very windy and damp yesterday. Stopped a G Fort Phillipe.
Lovely morning blue sky, sunny, dry, no wind.
