Is it a scam?

I'm on contract with Vodaphone.

Sounds like they are blanket emailing mobile users for business.The phone number is very similar.

Just had a look on Say no to 0870 it says the number is from the following

Enact trading for Woolwich,

conveyancing for the Woolwich (Barclays

Why pay a premium rate call if it to your benefit.

Smell like a scam to me even if just the cost of the call
